The Student Services Administration in Student Experience and Support is currently seeking a Full-time Limited Term Case Management Specialist for approximately 12 months.
The Case Management Specialist, Student Care works closely with their Manager and the Director, Student Care, Conduct and Accountability to coordinate supports related to complex student matters. This includes providing institutional response to students experiencing varying levels of distress and connecting students with the most appropriate resources both on and off campus. The Case Management Specialist is a key resource in making referrals to, participating in, and delivering interventions from the University of Calgary's Assessment and Care Team (ACT).
This position is located at the UCalgary Main Campus. Work is complex, with peak periods and short timelines for completion. This is a unionized position working 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, including early evenings, with occasional requirement to work outside of regular hours. This position is also eligible for remote work opportunities in accordance with the University's Hybrid Work Program.
