Position:Programming Specialist TSN

Salary:Commensurate with qualification and experience

Hours of Work:40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday. On call during off hours as required.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting Manager Network Presentation with LIVE and simulcast event preparations for TSN programming on linear and digital platforms. Specific duties include:

  • Investigate best transmission sources, seek production/commercial formats and confirm all communication details needed for Operations and on-air Presentation groups
  • Maintain the FEED Resources schedule with up to date requirements based on program needs
  • Support International Clients & Networks requiring TSN productions
  • Follow program schedules and arrange tools required to aid our Presentation Coordinators in MCR (such as writing bridges, creating filler vignettes, providing alternate feeds, etc)
  • Troubleshoot on-air programming issues
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in Television Production or Broadcasting Satellite Operations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Resourceful
  • Detail oriented with a proactive attitude and initiative.
  • Proficient with Word and Excel tables
  • Microsoft Teams knowledge is helpful

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Additional Information:

For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week. Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, Bell offers flexibility in work hours based on the business needs.
