Job summary

Integrity Tool & Mold Inc. is seeking an intermediate Programmer/Machinist to develop quality CNC programs and optimize tool paths to maximize machine uptime.

You will set up jobs, fabricate tools as needed, and ensure parts meet stringent quality standards while following established procedures and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience programming and operating a CNC machine.
• Experience with Tebis software is an asset but not required.
• Strong work ethic; ability to follow leader and learn procedures.

Integrity is actively recruiting intermediate levelProgrammer/Machiniststo join our growing team. These team members are responsible for developing quality programs that run as efficiently as possible with the least amount of down time. Their objective is to keep machines running as long as possible without attendance.

The Programmer/Machinist will report directly to the Machine Team Leader.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3 years' experience programming and operating a CNC machine
• Experience with Tebis software an asset, but not required
• Experience with FCS an asset, but not required
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills
