As a systems and infrastructure development, operations, and maintenance programmer analyst, you participate in IT efficiency and quality by analyzing, designing, configuring, developing, maintaining, and upgrading software in accordance with the organization’s requirements. Your skills in technology allow you to develop and provide support for small to medium scale IT systems, programs, and applications. You analyze client requirements and prioritize development activities. You plan, prioritize, and coordinate work to stay on schedule and meet objectives. Your projects and initiatives require comprehensive knowledge of your line of work. You collaborate by implementing solutions, being involved in development work, and managing complexity. You interact with different stakeholders working in other fields. You advise and provide system support for these clients and stakeholders. More specifically, you will be required to:
Collaborate in the development of execution strategies, analyze and develop software products (design, code, automate, and run tests), while applying development, data, and security best practices
Document technical solutions and practices to ensure product sustainability. Help develop documentation for training peers and users
Provide technical support for IT operations. Analyze, diagnose, follow up on, and resolve medium- to high-severity issues
Cocreate with business partners and architects to understand business intentions and objectives to standardize solutions accordingly
Participate in the installation and testing of software packages and in-house application deployment

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
