Role Overview

As a systems and infrastructure development, operations, and maintenance programmer analyst, you will participate in enhancing IT efficiency and quality by analyzing, designing, configuring, developing, maintaining, and upgrading software products according to organizational requirements. Your expertise in technology and innovation will help develop, standardize, and implement large-scale IT systems, programs, and applications. You will analyze client and partner requirements, recommend IT solutions, and coordinate work to meet objectives. Your role involves solving complex problems, often requiring collaboration with various stakeholders, and leading as a systems specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop complex execution strategies, analyze, design, and document business solutions
• Analyze and develop software products (design, code, automate, test), applying best practices in development, data, and security
• Write procedures, guidelines, and development methods; prepare documentation for training peers and users
• Collaborate with business partners and architects to standardize solutions
• Identify system optimization opportunities, analyze and resolve complex operational problems during major incidents
• Lead software package installations, testing, and in-house application deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of six years of relevant experience (other qualifications may be considered)
• Proficiency in French is required
