Job summary

Desjardins in Lévis, Canada, is seeking a systems and infrastructure development, operations and maintenance programmer analyst to enhance IT efficiency and quality. The role involves analyzing, designing, configuring, developing, maintaining and upgrading software for small to medium scale IT systems, programs and applications, and coordinating work to meet objectives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, implement solutions, and patch where managing complexity is key.

• Knowledge of French is required.

• Document technical solutions as well as practices to ensure product sustainability. Help develop documentation that is prepared and delivered for training purposes to peers and users.
• Provide technical support for IT operations. Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve medium- to high-severity issues
• Cocreate with business partners and architects to get a complete understanding of business intentions and objectives to standardize solutions accordingly.

Your projects and initiatives require comprehensive knowledge of your line of work. You advise and provide system support for these clients and stakeholders. More specifically, you will be required to:
