Programmer Analyst, Intermediate

Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Intermediate Programmer Analyst for one of our key clients. The responsibilities of the Programmer Analyst include discovery, assessment, development, implementation, and closure of change activities, as well as operation and maintenance of integrated software application programs and systems to support operations. Responsibilities may include designing computer software applications according to the System Architecture framework and standards to meet client requirements.

Candidate MUST have the following:

• Valid Federal Government Security Clearance at the Reliability Level
• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of demonstrated experience in IM/IT, in a technical role
• Minimum 12 months (1 year) of recent experience in designing, developing, or supporting the integration of two or more information system components using message protocols such as HL7, Web Services, Biz Talk, MQ Series, or Web Sphere
• Minimum 18 months (1.5 years) of recent experience on a project involving design, development, and resolution of implementation issues for an information system
• Minimum 12 months (1 year) of recent programming experience using C++ and/or C#, including development, testing, implementation, and operation & maintenance activities
• Minimum 24 months (2 years) of recent experience in middleware and/or web services enabling data sharing between systems, including development, testing, and implementation

Additional desired experience within the past 60 months (5 years):

• Information system troubleshooting, including diagnosis, problem analysis, and recommendations
• Documenting requirements for information systems, including requirements identification, development, and analysis
• Conducting at least one options analysis for new functionality, evaluating multiple solutions, assessing impact, estimating effort, and providing recommendations
• Development, testing, implementation, and operation & maintenance of electronic form platforms (e-Form)
