They are looking for a programmer analyst with strong business analysis skill to write functional specifications, design development solutions, and work with external developers on development projects. The Programmer Analyst supports system and acceptance testing cycles and prepares technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform design and development work on software solutions, both independently and with external partners.
• Interface with non-technical design staff to gather and analyze system requirements and write functional specifications.
• Assist with the management of development projects.
• Design test scripts and manage testing cycles.
• Manage source code version control.
• Implement and manage bug tracking.
• Provide technical support for development products.

Required Skills and Background

• Certification in business analysis.
• A working knowledge of the Word Object module.
• Good ASP.Net and C#.Net skills.
• Web development skills.
• Working knowledge of IIS and MS SQL Server.
• Working knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
