Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. is seeking a senior Analyst-Programmer to design, develop and scale Microsoft .NET solutions in Quebec. You will estimate stories, support teammates, and produce functional analyses and documentation while advancing architecture and testing practices.

You will contribute to the modeling of data, implement features, and ensure quality through code reviews and automated testing, participating in end-of-iteration demos and production readiness activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering or a related field.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Eight years of experience in information technology, including five years as an analyst-programmer in an organization of comparable size.
  • At least six years of experience in .NET development with C# or VB.
  • At least five years of experience with Azure DevOps, Git, TFS, or a similar tool.
  • At least five years of experience in object-oriented development for large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in design patterns; TDD and automated testing; dependency injection; SOLID and Clean Code principles; DevSecOps practices.
  • At least three years of experience with JavaScript or TypeScript; MVC; Angular, Blazor, Vue.js or React; REST API or SOAP services; HTML5; Web accessibility; SQL.

  • Participate in deliveries, end-of-iteration demonstrations, and user support during acceptance testing.
  • Contribute to integration, implementation and running-in of solutions after production.
  • Participate in evolution of software architecture and development framework.
