• Develop and configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules (R4/R5).
• Implement Power Automate flows and Power Platform customizations.
• Build, configure and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for deployments.
• Deploy CRM solutions to QA, UAT, and PROD with release documentation.
• Assist with system integrations, data migration and validation between environments.
• Support unit testing, QA and UAT; resolve functional and technical issues.
• Produce technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer to NRC staff.

• Gather and analyze data for the conduct of studies to establish the technical and economic feasibility of proposed computer systems, and for the development of functional and system design specifications
• Design methods and procedures for small computer systems, and sub-system of larger systems
• Develop, test and implement small computer systems, and sub-systems of larger systems
• Produce forms, manuals, programs, data files, and procedures for systems and/or applications
• Collaborate with business analysts and project leads to understand functional requirements and document technical specifications.
• Develop and configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules for R4 and R5 streams.
• Implement Power Automate flows and other Power Platform customizations as required.
• Build, configure, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for automated solution deployment.
• Deploy CRM solutions to QA, UAT, and PROD environments, ensuring proper release documentation and minimal business disruption.
• Assist with system integrations, data migration, and validation between environments to ensure data integrity.
• Support unit testing, QA, and UAT activities; identify and resolve functional and technical issues.

Produce technical documentation, deployment guides, and provide knowledge transfer to NRC staff for sustainability.
