Job Summary :

The Programmer Analyst will be responsible for developing, documenting, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions to meet business requirements within the context of health application services. This role requires a senior-level professional with extensive experience in programming analysis and integration technologies.

Location : Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada

Responsibilities :

• Developing, documenting, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions.

• Utilizing scripting languages.
• Working with reporting services.

Required Skills & Certifications :

• University degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum of 15 years of IM / IT experience.
• Minimum of 10 years as a Senior Programmer (programming and analysis).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated experience developing, documenting, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions to meet business requirements (10 years).
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle / SQL Server (10 years).
• Demonstrated experience with PowerShell scripting (5 years).
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SSRS (5 years).
• Demonstrated experience (5 years).

Preferred Skills & Certifications :

• Demonstrated experience working with Provincial Health Care and Electronic Health Records applications (2 years).
• Demonstrated experience working with integration engines such as Rhapsody (2 years).
• Demonstrated experience with EMPI (e.g., Initiate and Infosphere) (1 year).
