Job description

As a Programmatic Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing programmatic advertising efforts across Intact and belairdirect. With 7-10 years of experience in programmatic advertising, you will leverage your expertise to drive performance, enhance our digital advertising capabilities, and achieve business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic plans that align with marketing goals while ensuring efficient budget management and maximizing ROI.

What you'll do here :

  • Lead the programmatic advertising strategy for Intact and belairdirect, aligning campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive programmatic advertising campaigns using data-driven insights and advanced targeting techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and creative to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors, ad exchanges, and technology partners to stay updated on industry trends and leverage cutting-edge technology solutions.
  • Oversee the daily programmatic operations, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
  • Perform detailed analysis and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for scaling and improving programmatic strategies to enhance reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry developments to inform strategic decisions and innovations.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and industry best practices in all programmatic activities.

What you bring to the table :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful programmatic campaigns.
  • Expertise in programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk), ad exchanges, and real-time bidding.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and drive actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of privacy regulations related to digital advertising.
  • Certification in programmatic advertising or related fields is a plus.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required but must have authorization to work in Canada.
