WHY WE NEED YOU

You are a dynamic Programmatic & Data Strategist, excelling in programmatic advertising, data, and marketing technology. You will be the go-to expert on Programmatic Deals, Data Segments, and Data Insights, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth. You will work closely with sales leaders and client partners to craft innovative, high-impact solutions, proactively researching new opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue. Ideal candidates have deep ad tech knowledge, a passion for programmatic, and a drive to ensure client success through innovative data solutions.

This role offers flexibility to work from home most of the time, but requires travel to client locations and our office in Oakville.

Please note: We are only considering candidates who are eligible to work in Canada and are currently located in the Greater Toronto Area.

WHAT DOES THE DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE?
  • Serve as the sales expert on programmatic, data segments, and insights products, guiding sales teams to close deals and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with clients and partners to develop programmatic strategies aligned with their goals.
  • Support sales with pitch support, client presentations, and campaign optimizations.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign outcomes and build long-term relationships.
  • Monitor dashboards to track key monetization metrics and campaign performance.
  • Assist with financial budgeting, revenue forecasting, and testing plans for revenue optimization.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE?
  • 2-5 years of experience in programmatic publisher sales, data analytics, data sales, or Ad Tech platform sales.
  • Proven expertise with ad tech platforms like GAM, AdX, DV360, TTD, Magnite, and Amazon TAM.
  • Experience presenting media programs and solutions directly to clients.
  • Strong background in aligning programmatic and data solutions with client objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of supplemental programmatic technologies such as Open Bidding and Prebid.
  • Understanding of digital data collection and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills to extract insights from data for strategic decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant technical field (preferred).
