Why do we need you?

You are a dynamic Programmatic & Data Strategist who excels in programmatic advertising, data, and marketing technology. Your role involves driving revenue growth by leveraging ad tech expertise, working closely with sales leaders and clients, and developing innovative solutions. Deep ad tech knowledge, a passion for programmatic, and a drive for client success are essential.

Note: This role offers flexibility to work from home most of the time but requires travel to client locations and our office in Oakville. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and reside in the Greater Toronto Area.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the sales expert on programmatic, data segments, and insights products, guiding sales teams to close deals and drive revenue.
  • Work with clients and partners to formulate programmatic strategies that align with their goals, delivering impactful results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on pitch support, client presentations, and campaign optimizations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve campaign outcomes and foster long-term relationships.
  • Monitor dashboards to track key monetization metrics and campaign performance.
  • Support financial budgeting, revenue forecasting, and test plans for revenue optimization.

Roles, responsibilities, and duties may evolve over time.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in programmatic publisher sales, data analytics, or Ad Tech platform sales.
  • Proven expertise with ad tech platforms like GAM, AdX, DV360, TTD, Magnite, and Amazon TAM.
  • Experience presenting media programs and solutions directly to clients.
  • Strong background in aligning programmatic and data solutions with client objectives.
  • Excellent client relationship skills and effective communication.
  • Knowledge of supplemental programmatic technologies such as Open Bidding and Prebid.
  • Understanding of digital data collection and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience extracting insights from data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant technical field preferred.
