Job description

Dentsu is shaping the future of programmatic and is looking for the next rising star to join the team. We are looking for someone who is proactive, works well in a team environment, and most importantly, willing to learn.

As a Programmatic Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to learn how to set up campaigns, manage and deliver to client KPIs, and learn the ins and outs of programmatic platforms such as DV360, Amazon, Teads, The Trade Desk, & more.
Your day-to-day would include campaign set ups, pacing/performance checks, weekly reporting, building strategic plans, and day-to-day campaign optimizations. You will be working closely with multiple stakeholders in supporting their day-to-day tasks, across both Programmatic & Planning. You will also be working with external stakeholders, including our valued media partners, on campaign related tasks. A successful candidate would demonstrate problem solving skills, attention to detail, time management, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and provide oversight of programmatic campaigns across various platforms.
  • Perform QA’s on campaign set-up, pre-launch.
  • Support programmatic team on daily tasks and projects, including weekly reporting & billing.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners, including planners and media partners.
  • Complete regular campaign optimizations & pacing checks on programmatic campaigns, including updating pacing/performance tracker.
  • Prepares final reports that provide insight into campaign performance using data to tell a compelling story.

  • Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Ability to organize and strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Additional Information:

The salary range for this position is $40k-$45k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
