Job Description:

Role Overview:

As a Programmatic Buyer, you will own strategy and planning, set up and activate campaigns, and focus on revenue growth. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to serve various client teams. Your daily tasks include campaign planning, setup, optimization, reporting, and teamwork to meet client objectives. Success in this role involves problem solving, attention to detail, and effective time management, with a primary goal of improving campaign performance and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in campaign discussions and briefings, including RFP creation.
  2. Communicate media plan requirements accurately to relevant teams and platforms.
  3. Set up and oversee programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms.
  4. Manage campaigns from initial briefing through planning, setup, and reporting.
  5. Identify and address challenges or opportunities during live campaigns.
  6. Conduct post-launch audits, optimizations, and pacing adjustments.
  7. Collaborate with partners to seek revenue growth opportunities.
Experience/Knowledge:
  1. 1–3 years of programmatic experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  2. Experience with multiple DSPs such as DV360, Amazon, Teads/TAM, and The Trade Desk.
  3. Understanding of the Canadian media marketplace.
  4. Basic knowledge of tagging, ad serving, and campaign management tools.
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  7. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  8. Desire to improve campaign performance and grow revenue.
  9. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
