Job summary

Achev is seeking a Casual Program Support Specialist – Level 3 for the LINC Home Study Ontario program. You will handle client service, data management, and administrative tasks, supporting program delivery.

Responsibilities include client service escalation, data entry and reporting, training resource development, and assisting with payroll and inventory. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required; hourly rate listed as $30.8.

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative support experience.
• 1 year of online training experience and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated client service and troubleshoot issues.
• Handle platform and SOP support for clients.
• Perform intermediate webinar moderation.
• Enter data, maintain data accuracy, and generate reports.
• Support payroll and expense claims administration.
• Maintain program inventories and assist program outreach.
• Create and deliver training resources for clients.
• Back up Program Support Specialists as needed.

Job Description:

Casual Program Support Specialist – Level 3, LINC Home Study Ontario

Summary:

Program Support Specialist Level 3 is responsible for client service, data management, administrative tasks and client training in the LINC Home Study program.

Duties & Responsibilities

Client Service and Support

• Provide escalated client service and troubleshoot issues
• Provide platform and standard operating procedure support to clients
• Perform intermediate webinar moderation

Data Management and Reporting

• Perform data entry tasks on platforms
• Track and maintain data and generate reports
• Perform data analytics to support monitoring of program metrics

Administrative Tasks

• Maintain back-ups of invoices and expense claims
• Support administration of casual instructor payroll and expense claims
• Maintain program inventories (capital assets, supplies, etc.)
• Perform other administrative duties as required

Program Support

• Provide program activity support as needed
• Support program outreach
• Lead small initiatives

Training and Resource Development

• Create and deliver training and support resources in various formats for clients

Backup and Flexibility

• Perform back-up as needed for Program Support Specialists at Level 3 or Level 2
