Job Summary

The Belonging & Impact team at Ticketmaster is responsible for fostering a culture of belonging where employees feel valued and supported. This role reports to the Director of Belonging and Impact and involves managing global initiatives to promote inclusivity and organizational change.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support global Belonging & Impact programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups and other stakeholders.
  • Design and facilitate training programs.
  • Analyze data to measure program effectiveness and identify improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations worldwide.
  • Communicate initiatives and progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in belonging, employee engagement, HR, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of belonging and impact principles.
  • Experience in developing training programs.
  • Strong data analysis and program management skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across levels.
  • Experience working with ERGs or similar groups.
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
