We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Specialist with experience in supporting contingent labor programs within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) model. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of workforce strategies and operations, contributing significantly to the success of our contingent labor programs. This role demands a blend of operational expertise, administrative proficiency, strong stakeholder management, supplier relationship building, and analytical skills to effectively support the client's contingent workforce strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination
- Oversee day-to-day operations of MSP program, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage the end-to-end contingent labor lifecycle, including requisition management, onboarding and offboarding of suppliers and resources, contract management, background checks, and meeting client-specific onboarding requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of contingent labor needs.
Supplier and Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies and external partners.
- Serve as the primary contact for program stakeholders, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
Reporting and Analytics
- Generate and analyze program metrics and reports to track performance, identify trends, and provide insights.
- Prepare status updates and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance candidate and client experience.
- Implement best practices and contribute to policy development.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and client policies related to contingent labor.
- Mitigate workforce management risks through documentation and governance.
Technology and Systems
- Utilize VMS and other tools to manage workforce operations.
- Provide training and support on systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years in MSP, staffing, or contingent workforce management.
- Familiarity with VMS platforms like SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar is a plus.
- Knowledge of MSP service delivery models and staffing industry.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, Word.
- Ability to handle multiple initiatives and support remote work.
