An established educational institution seeks a Program Site Supervisor to ensure a safe and secure environment for students. Program Site Supervisor
Main Location: St. Mary’s Catholic Learning Centre
0.05 FTE – 2-3 hours per week – 5 month position
Term Position: January 2025 to May 2025
Salary: $25.00/hour
The Program Site Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at all times, specifically through monitoring arrivals and dismissals, hallways, washrooms, and entry and exit points. The Program Site Supervisor will follow and abide by all Board policies in regards to safety, accidents/incident reporting, and will communicate these policies and practices to parents and staff. They will facilitate the language instructors’ use of school equipment and school resources. The Program Site Supervisor will plan, execute, and report fire drills and lockdown procedures at the program location, and will provide the Principal with forms and reports in a timely manner (i.e., safety protocols and reports, time sheets, weekly reports, and blue registers). They will coordinate the flow of information between the Principal, instructors, parents, and students and will ensure required records and registration forms are safeguarded and maintained. Finally, they will be responsible for assisting in planning program and school events and managing a calendar of those events, as well as managing volunteers at the site.
