AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Program Resource Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is based in Toronto, Ontario in one of our Project Offices. The Program Resource Coordinator is required to work on site at our Project Office five days per week from Monday to Friday weekly.

Your role within the team:

  • Coordinating the program resources including coordinating business requests and managing deployment timescales.
  • Coordinating with the consultant suppliers to identify and fulfil recruitment needs and managing a pipeline of resources.
  • Supports the coordination of movers, leavers, and starters across the program.
  • Supports the implementation of robust plans are developed and implemented for succession planning and performance issues.
  • Provides consolidated reporting with respect to program resourcing in line with the agreed metrics.

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years human resources or project management experience, including taking responsibility for workforce planning/recruitment.
  • Experience creating, supporting, and leading the delivery of workforce planning and resource strategies for capital projects / programs.
  • Ability to analyze and produce innovative solutions to complex staffing challenges.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on site five days per week from Monday to Friday weekly
