Job summary

Jobtailor in Calgary, Canada seeks a senior AI/ML architect to lead discovery with senior stakeholders and translate complex business problems into production-ready agentic AI system designs.

You will architect secure, auditable workflows, drive solutions from prototype to AltaForge production deployment, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards to realize lifecycle value for enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in AI/ML, architecture, or technical strategy roles.
• Deep experience with agentic AI, RAG systems, orchestration, and tool integration.
• Experience supporting the deployment of AI systems into enterprise or regulated environments.
• Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment.
• Executive presence and ability to operate across technical and commercial domains.
• Bias toward production, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
