The Program & Platform Manager will lead the configuration and management of the YMCA Ignite platform, enhancing user experience and engagement while ensuring smooth onboarding for partners and participants. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership, drive innovation, and deliver impactful solutions that align with the YMCA's mission and goals.
