The role emphasizes organization, multi-tasking, and collaborative project execution. The successful candidate will contribute to planning, scheduling, and logistics, maintain program records, and assist with reports for board meetings and funders.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of administrative experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Planning/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to our program coordinators and executive team, ensuring efficient program planning and implementation. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to program coordinators and the executive team
  • Assist in program planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination
  • Maintain accurate program records and participant databases
  • Coordinate venue bookings and equipment needs for monthly program activities
  • Prepare and distribute program materials and correspondence
  • Assist with participant registration and communication

  • Work experience in business administration, non-profit management, or related field
  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management

  • Experience with event planning or program coordination
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and financial record-keeping
