About The Position

Reporting to the Manager of Government Contracts, the Coordinator will support the IRAP IP Assist contract and other government contracts. Responsibilities include managing program referrals, reporting, and feedback collection. This is a 10-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide logistical, operational, and administrative support for the IRAP IP Assist Program.
  • Monitor follow-ups and connect referrals for government contracts.
  • Support internal and government funder reporting, including metrics collection and report creation.
  • Create reports and dashboards based on program data.
  • Coordinate meetings as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Administrative and operational support experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Proficiency in GSuite and MS Office, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Effective time-management and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
