Position Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for oversight of VIVA Counseling, an outpatient mental health program that is part of Lifeline. Lifeline is a non-profit that is well known for fostering a supportive team culture and for being an outstanding place to work and grow. VIVA Counseling primarily provides therapy within the Vista and Oceanside School districts.
The Program Manager's office is based at Lifeline's Vista location but there is flexibility to allow some telecommuting. The Program Manager manages the daily activities of the program, providing clinical and administrative oversight to ensure that program services and processes meet client needs, legal and ethical standards, and contract expectations. This Program Manager position requires a current BBS license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC). At least 2 years post-licensure is preferred.
