We are looking for a Structures Program Manager to join our team. The goal of a Structures Program Manager at Wisk is to ensure that the Integrated Product team (IPT) is executing according to their cost, schedule, and scope. You will be part of the Structures Integrated Product team that is in charge of developing and certifying the Wisk vehicle’s composite airframe.
This is a hybrid work opportunity. At Wisk, this means working onsite at our Montreal office 3 days per week with flexibility for the remainder of the days.
In this role you will partner with the IPT Lead to develop, certify and deliver products, and focus on ensuring the objectives of our business case are met. We need a Program Manager to own the tracking of the overall delivery of the program, scope management, program financials, as well as supplier selection and management. You will support the IPT Lead in developing a vision and roadmap for the product, and subsequently in planning and delivering technical solutions that support Wisk’s business goals. You will coordinate and communicate with all required functions & partners within and outside of Wisk to ensure program success. You will leverage Wisk’s hybrid approach, which leverages waterfall techniques for strategic planning and agile execution methods.
