Job Description:

Program Manager - Sales/Bus Development at AirBoss of America Corp. is located in Acton Vale, QC, Canada. This position requires a Bachelor Degree and is within the Engineering field. The role involves managing customer programs from inception to completion, working closely with Sales, Business Development, and customers to identify and secure new business opportunities. The Program Manager will oversee program parameters, prepare proposals and budgets, and coordinate resources to ensure successful execution. The position also involves managing programs to meet quarterly order, revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of customer programs throughout all phases.
  2. Collaborate with Sales, BD, and customers to identify and close new business opportunities.
  3. Define program parameters and guide R&D efforts.
  4. Prepare proposals, business plans, and contractual documents.
  5. Ensure availability of resources such as engineering staff, production, and facilities.
  6. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure on-time performance.
  7. Manage programs to achieve quarterly orders, revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of related program/project experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Fluency in both French and English, oral and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams (asset).
  • Participative leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of strategic and operational company goals.
  • Independent, organized, and methodical work approach.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in government contracting or the defense industry; CBRN knowledge is a plus.
  • PMP certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or management.
