The Program Manager, Palliative Care will be part of a tight-knit, collaborative team from across the health sector that will deliver the next generation of palliative care in Mississauga, providing holistic proactive, seamless care and support to patients, families and caregivers – enhancing quality of life, comfort, dignity and security in patients’ end of life journey. The Program Manager cultivates and manages high-performing teams comprised of Nurses, Personal Support Workers (PSWs), and Allied Health professionals – fostering a collaborative, innovative, and learning-focused environment that aligns with Spectrum’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
In this role, you will ensure seamless program operations by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize service delivery, enhance quality, and achieve key outcomes. A critical aspect of your work will involve collaborating with external health system stakeholders to support the design and implementation of innovative programs, ensuring seamless care transitions across the broader health system.
