The Payment, Identity and Integrity (Pii) Strategy & Solutions (S&S) team is an integral part of how Lyft operates. The Pii S&S team is responsible for managing key partnerships to maintain and drive the growth of new and existing Lyft products. We partner with our external vendors along with internal cross-functional teams (Pay Product, Pay Engineering, Finance, Tax etc) to proactively identify opportunities to improve our customer experience, drive technical optimizations and manage operational costs.
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to play a critical role in managing key strategic external partnerships and initiatives related to both rider and driver products and processes. You will be responsible for managing key rideshare partners, managing financial products (Ex: Driver Taxes, Payment Reporting & Reconciliations) and collaborating with external vendors and internal teams to provide timely launch of programs and products, such as an accurate tax reporting to Lyft Drivers in order to meet regulatory and compliance requirements in the U.S. and Canada.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week, including on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $96,000-$120,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
