Job summary

The role reports to the Senior HR and OD Manager and collaborates with the Organizational Development Strategist, planning teams, sponsors, and stakeholders to deliver impactful programs

Responsibilities

• Manages the development and day-to-day management of organizational development and learning programs.
• Conducts research and stakeholder analysis to identify opportunities for program development and continuous improvement.
• Assess and refines programs during both the pilot phase and ongoing delivery, identifying improvements to content, structure, and operations to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and participant experience.
• Supports the design, implementation, and analysis of evaluation tools to measure program effectiveness and inform future iterations.
• Evaluates and recommends process efficiencies to streamline program delivery reducing administrative burden while maintaining quality.
• Creates standard operating procedures to support the effective implementation and long-term sustainability of programs.
• Develops project plans and materials for events, learning sessions, and programs; manages logistics including venue and consultant contracts, communication and presentation materials, complex schedules, gifts, attendance management, and pre- and post event evaluation.

Job Summary

The Program Manager, Organizational Development (OD) supports the development, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of OD programs and initiatives within the Faculty of Medicine (FoM). The position contributes to the planning, coordination, and evaluation of Faculty-wide programs to advance the Faculty's organizational priorities.
