Compensation Range $5,692.25 - $8,179.50 CAD Monthly

The Program Manager, Organizational Development (OD) supports the development, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of OD programs and initiatives within the Faculty of Medicine (FoM). The position contributes to the planning, coordination, and evaluation of Faculty-wide programs to advance the Faculty’s organizational priorities.

This position reports to the Senior HR and OD Manager, and works under the direction of the Organizational Development Strategist on assigned projects and initiatives. The Program Manager will work collaboratively with planning team members, program sponsors, cross-functional teams, and affiliated stakeholders to effectively deliver programs.
Work requires judgment and initiative. Makes decisions that impact the success of projects that are vital to achieving the Faculty’s strategic objectives. Failure to accurately assess client needs, exercise appropriate judgement and foresight may impact the Faculty’s and unit’s ability to achieve its strategic direction or goals in a cost effective manner.
Works independently under the direction of the Senior HR and OD Manager and Organizational Development Strategist.
Provides functional supervision of the work of students and other staff that may contribute to the delivery of organizational development programs and initiatives.
