Overall Mission

• Manage projects related to the design and launch of new standard products

Project Management

• Develop and continually improve comprehensive Project Plans
• Build consensus and gain approval from team leaders and sponsors
• Review plans proactively for efficiencies
• Drive project completion and provide problem-solving guidance
• Identify and resolve gaps in responsibilities
• Navigate non-standard projects using established frameworks

Communication

• Ensure team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines
• Facilitate effective meetings and communication plans
• Monitor and report project status to stakeholders, including senior management

Risk Management

• Proactively manage risks and communicate effectively for timely decisions

Learning

• Lead post-launch reviews and promote continuous improvement

Education & Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience in a relevant industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
• Project Management certification is an asset
• Experience with product development and manufacturing processes
• Experience in the furniture industry is valuable
• Ability to travel internationally (infrequent)
