Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in Hummelstown, PA.

Position Overview:

The Program Manager plays a critical role in managing and overseeing specific programs or services within their division. Reporting to the Program Director, this role involves coordinating program activities, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality services for participants. The role may include managing a caseload.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Personnel management including leave, workers' compensation, unemployment, performance, hiring, remediation, and termination.
  • Management of professional services and purchasing supplies.
  • On-call responsibilities for the region.
  • Incident management in partnership with QCO.
  • Understanding of labor rules, seniority, overtime, and contract interpretation.
  • Client fund management.
  • Medication intake and distribution oversight.
  • Ensuring team compliance with required trainings.
  • Monitoring program operations to adhere to budgetary requirements.
