Candidates MUST have experience implementing technology (infrastructure, clinical systems, peripherals) in a clinic and/or hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver the IT components of multiple complex, high-priority capital construction projects
  • Create dashboards and analytics to track and display project progress
  • Manage procurement activities and monitor financials
  • Communicate with executives, partners, stakeholders, and users throughout all phases of the projects
  • Lead the organizational change efforts required for successful project implementation
  • Prioritize key milestones while balancing competing project demands and priorities
  • Handle multiple complex and high-priority projects at the same time
  • Foster a proactive, collaborative cross-functional project team, including both management and non-management members, in an environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, initiative, and open communication
  • Acknowledge and celebrate both individual and team achievements
  • Maintain strong expertise in project management disciplines
  • Provide leadership to project team members during implementation, planning, coordination, change management, transition, and communications
  • Manage program-level change and resolve program-level issues
  • Organize and lead critical project meetings, ensuring documentation is complete
  • Guide multiple stakeholders through the design and construction phases to achieve the agreed-upon scope, budget, and timeline
  • Build and maintain the project schedule, including key milestones
  • Oversee procurement processes and monitor progress
  • Coordinate all IMIT-related aspects of the program
  • Conduct project planning activities, including scope definition and schedule development
  • Develop and manage the IMIT budget throughout the life of the project
  • Identify, escalate, and track project issues
  • Support decision-making processes and track key decisions
  • Determine priorities and allocate resources to meet program objectives
  • Prepare, monitor, and share the approved project charter, schedule, and budget
  • Monitor and report any variances from the project charter, budget, or timeline promptly
  • Provide ongoing status updates on the overall program
  • Supervise all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept and design through construction, client turnover, commissioning, and final validation

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in program and project management, with a focus on implementing, upgrading, and integrating technology solutions including hardware, infrastructure, and systems
  • More than 3 years of experience leading capital projects and hospital redevelopment initiatives
  • PMP certification or similar
