Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business required.
• PM certification preferred.
• 3+ years in project/program management, defence manufacturing a plus.
• Experience with budgets, schedules and risk assessment essential.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate design, development and testing of power conversion equipment.
• Manage schedules, EAC/ETC and program metrics across projects.
• Interface with customers on contracts, bids and amendments.
• Control budgets for labour, materials, travel and services.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate program risks; drive corrective actions.
• Represent management in program reviews and customer meetings.
• Ensure timely close-out and proper documentation of projects.
• Develop earned value metrics and play a key role in forecasts.
