Program Manager, Cyclical Talent Strategies - 13 month contract

This role offers an exciting opportunity within lululemon's Talent Activation team, focusing on developing and managing cyclical talent programs such as talking talent sessions, promotions, succession planning, and performance reviews. The Program Manager will oversee program creation, communication, and execution globally, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder needs. Responsibilities include timeline management, program reporting, process improvement, and collaboration across teams and regions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own global talent activation programs, including needs analysis, planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Manage enterprise timelines and communication plans for cyclical talent strategies.
  • Report on program metrics, success indicators, and usage trends.
  • Define project plans, support implementation, and create protocols for program rollout and management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with People & Culture and other stakeholders to measure and improve program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3+ years in HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Project Management roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel or analytics tools for data reporting.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA, excellent communication, organizational skills, and experience with HR programs and project lifecycle management.

Additional Notes: Authorization to work in Canada is required. Compensation ranges from $81,500 to $107,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, retirement, discounts, and development programs. This is an in-person role requiring a minimum of 4 days onsite per week.
