Capco is looking for talented, innovative, and creative people to join our growing team focused on our financial services clients. We seek experienced talent with exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects.

About the Role

Responsibilities

  1. Plan, manage, and facilitate the successful execution of program timelines and milestones.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external contributors to build a client-specific co-delivery plan while adhering to implementation processes.
  3. Actively track all activities and their status; be accountable for critical project deadlines and tasks.
  4. Proactively engage with customers to understand project requirements, manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure overall satisfaction.
  5. Prepare work schedules and timelines with the customer and the extended team.
  6. Anticipate and mitigate potential issues with project delivery.
  7. Regularly communicate and maintain a bridge between the customer and Capco to ensure best practices in implementation and onboarding.
  8. Maintain up-to-date documentation and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
  9. Regularly communicate project status and circulate information to the team.
  10. Obtain final sign-off and ensure customer satisfaction with project completion.
  11. Prepare and ensure seamless handoff of newly implemented customers to the operations team.

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:

  • 10+ years of project management and implementation management.
  • Deep expertise navigating Cyber Security related projects.
  • Experience leading large, complex application development projects.
  • Experience with software re-write, re-engineering, or refactoring projects.
  • Ability to lead technical solution discussions.
  • Ability to estimate duration and effort for design and development activities.
  • Experience speaking with executive leaders to extract expectations, influence direction, and manage expectations.
  • Comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders and clients.
  • Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution to enable cross-business teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment following best practices and company processes.
  • Highly driven and passionate about customer satisfaction, product development, and technology.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, listening, and written).
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Banking experience is mandatory.
  • Prior consulting experience is an asset.
