Join a top employer in a dynamic Program Manager role focused on strategic communications within HR and organizational initiatives. You will partner with multiple teams to plan, develop, and execute communications campaigns and projects that enhance employee engagement, support HR initiatives, and strengthen internal messaging.

Please note this will be hybrid 3 times a week at client’s Mississauga, ON office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and execution of strategic communication plans supporting HR and corporate initiatives.
  • Develop engaging communications materials including copy, digital content, infographics, and campaign activations.
  • Manage communications projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and agencies to deliver seamless campaign execution.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, software rollouts, and HR program communications.
  • Maintain and update multi-channel communication calendars, including intranet, digital signage, and internal social platforms.
  • Act as a communications advisor to HR and corporate stakeholders, ensuring messaging aligns with organizational strategy and brand.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional communications experience; at least 2 years in Canadian corporate communication.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and creative content development skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital communications tools; project management software experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting HR programs and internal initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
