Job summary

Raise is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Business for a hybrid Toronto-based role, responsible for guiding a strategic portfolio of digital asset and emerging technology initiatives. You will partner with the Managing Director and senior leadership to drive delivery from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in program management, strong executive communication, and a proven track record of governance, risk management, and delivering complex programs across business

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Program Management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
• 10+ years managing complex programs involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• 10+ years presenting to and supporting senior executives (Managing Directors, SVPs, VPs).
• 10+ years experience with executive reporting, governance, risk management, and portfolio oversight.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• University Degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from inception through delivery with executive-level reporting, governance, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans across business and technology teams.

• Pay Rate : $93.63/hr - $108.22/hr
• Contract Length: 6 Months with possibility for extension

Responsibilities

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to partner directly with the Managing Director of Digital Asset Technology in driving a strategic portfolio of digital asset and emerging technology initiatives.
• This role is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional technology programs from inception through delivery, while providing executive-level reporting, governance, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination. The successful candidate will operate as a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into executable delivery plans and successfully implemented across business and technology teams.
• The ideal candidate combines exceptional program management discipline with strong executive communication skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational environments.

Must Have Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive Program Management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
• Proven experience managing complex programs involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and delivery teams - 10+ years
• Demonstrated success presenting to and supporting senior executives, including Managing Directors, SVPs, and VPs - 10+ years
• Strong experience with executive reporting, governance, risk management, and portfolio oversight - 10+ years
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• University Degree

Nice to Have

• Digital assets experience - Preferred
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
