We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager, Assistance Vice President to join our global Digital, Analytics and Innovation team. This role will serve as a key interface between audit professionals, technology teams, enterprise data partners and the audit data and analytics team to drive the successful execution of innovative products that digitize processes and operations to enhance delivery efficiency, move towards risk-based auditing by integrating new processes into the audit life cycle to re-imagine assurance and modernize audit applications.

What you will be responsible for

As Program Manager, Assistance Vice President, you will:

  • Partner with auditors, data scientists, IT, and business stakeholders to oversee program delivery, ensure alignment with audit strategy, and promote innovation through digital transformation.
  • Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex, multi-year programs supporting data, digital, analytics and automation capabilities across Internal Audit.
  • Establish and maintain strong program governance, reporting cadence and risk/issue tracking mechanisms.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product impact and user adoption and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
  • Manage program budgets to ensure efficient delivery within defined timelines and scope.
  • Lead the investment review committee to communicate achievements and develop research briefs to help prioritize backlog.
  • Effectively clear backlogs to ensure product delivery timelines are met.
  • Develop monthly reporting for various senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the bank’s IT organization.
