The Role

The Project Management Office (PMO) is looking to add an experienced and talented Program Manager to our team. This person will manage multiple concurrent tech projects, ensuring effective delivery, clear communication, and alignment between program components, while maintaining a focus on program purpose and business objectives. Candidates should have solid experience managing cross-functional teams in large organizations across various programs and tech solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Guide teams, partners, and stakeholders through all stages of the program lifecycle to ensure thoughtful and cohesive delivery of key programs.
  • Plan carefully, organize diligently, and manage day-to-day activities effectively to mobilize and enable program teams.
  • Maintain dependency and risk mitigation processes transparently and proactively.
  • Communicate program status and issues clearly and effectively to diverse groups of collaborators as appropriate.
  • Engage actively with the PMO team, sharing and building knowledge, skills, and community spirit.

Skills & Experience :

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing multiple digital projects in large-scale delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall; familiarity with typical Project Management tools.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to tailor tone and content to the audience and context.
  • Ability to manage competing demands confidently.
  • Self-motivated, creative problem solver with keen attention to detail.
  • Reliable, conscientious, accountable, and eager to contribute meaningfully to the team.
