Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join CLEAResult as a Program Manager. In this role you will lead a field team of technicians and in house operations team in the delivery of various direct install energy efficiency program offers in the residential sector in British Columbia. The ideal candidate is a strong Program Manager experienced with residential HVAC system, building science and is a strong communicator and problem solver.

Successful candidates would be based in lower mainland BC, and work out of the Port Coquitlam office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage field staff and in-office staff for the delivery of HVAC and insulation installs across the province. Oversees teams responsible for tasks and processes including, but not limited to:
• Oversee program operations related to direct install and quality control of HVAC/Insulation measures in residential homes.
• Coordination and communication with delivery team, in field team, management and other stakeholders.
• Delivery and quality assurance: with adherence to program guidelines and service level agreement.
• Project and/or process management.
• Manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.
• Work with subcontractors and suppliers for equipment procurement and installations (HVAC & Insulation).
• Data Management for Program Support, Field Support, & Business - Development Support.
• Manage customer and client escalations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of program management experience, ideally in residential retrofits, heat pumps, building science, construction, and/or working with trades and subcontractors.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• Post-secondary education in HVAC, Engineering, Building Science, or Program Management.
• PMP designation considered a strong asset.
• High level of accountability with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with confident, effective leadership abilities.

Compensation

Targeted Compensation: $100,000-$120,000

Compensation Range: $94,250.00 - $157,080.00

Currency: CAD

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
