Program Manager

Insight Global is seeking a candidate to join a Program Manager role for one of the largest aerospace defense companies in North America. This role involves initiating new business opportunities, managing complex development and production programs, and overseeing project budgets and schedules. You will address customer requirements, provide direction to teams, and maintain an Open Issues List for each project. Additionally, you will manage risks and opportunities, network with senior personnel, and represent the organization as a prime customer contact. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience driving cross-functional teams to meet tight timelines, contributing to a positive workplace culture, and leveraging advanced technologies to support the success of the organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 6-10+ years of experience in program management in manufacturing or similar environment
• Strong leadership experience, proactive team builder who can motivate and lead by example
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience in developing effective, long-lasting relationships internal and with customers
• Must be in Canada for the last 5 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Management or equivalent
