Tasks
Lead, support, guide, and mentor direct reports, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams towards achieving the best results for the organization.
Design, implement, and manage programs aligned with strategic priorities and compliance.
Ensure flexibility to meet regulatory changes and commitments.
Oversee risk, financial performance, and continuous improvement.
Lead research, planning, and evaluation of programs and services.
Build relationships with stakeholders, including regulators, government, industry members, and partners.
Represent the organization at events and conferences.
Develop internal, external, and regulatory reports, analysis, and KPIs.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job Requirements
Post-secondary education in environmental studies, sustainability, engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
Bilingual in French and advanced level English (the English will be used daily for reporting to upper management in other provinces).
At least 5 years of program or project management experience.
Proficient in MS Office; CRM and database management experience is an asset.
Willing to travel occasionally within Canada as needed.
Experience in waste management, stewardship, or extended product responsibility is an asset.
