A leading company is seeking a full-time Program Facilitator to enhance community outreach and engagement efforts. POSITION SUMMARY
The Program Facilitator plays a key role in expanding Springboard’s reach by actively promoting our educational programs to schools and community partners. This position is responsible for cultivating relationships with school administrators, identifying programming needs, and matching those needs with Springboard’s offerings. Equally important, the Program Facilitator builds and maintains strong relationships with our roster of teaching artists—ensuring they are supported, scheduled effectively, and aligned with school needs. In addition to program coordination and administrative support, this role serves as a front-line ambassador for our mission—driving earned revenue, ensuring high-quality program delivery, and fostering a vibrant community of educators and artists.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Outreach
Serve as a primary point of contact for schools, promoting Springboard’s programs and customizing offerings to meet their needs.
Proactively identify and pursue new school partnerships to meet earned revenue goals.
Conduct outreach campaigns, presentations, and follow-ups to increase program adoption.
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with school and district leaders to encourage repeat engagement and referrals.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop compelling sales materials and campaigns.
TEACHING ARTIST ENGAGEMENT & SCHEDULING
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with teaching artists, serving as their primary liaison for program logistics.
Match teaching artists with appropriate school programs based on expertise, availability, and school needs.
Coordinate all aspects of teaching artist scheduling, contracting, and communication to ensure smooth program delivery.
Support teaching artist onboarding, training, and professional development opportunities.
Facilitate the teaching artist application process and manage required documentation, including background checks and agreements.
PROGRAM COORDINATION
Coordinate all aspects of program delivery, including scheduling, contracting, invoicing, and curriculum planning.
Manage large-scale programming requests, including summer school RFPs and district-wide initiatives.
Oversee assigned Signature Program culminating events and assist with others as needed.
Support the execution of the WiseWrite program and Poetry Out Loud Regional Competition.
DATA & EVALUATION
Maintain accurate program data in Salesforce, including school contacts, program schedules, and evaluation results.
Generate reports for grant reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Manage the program evaluation system, including survey creation, data collection, and analysis.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Process contracts, invoices, and background checks for teaching artists and schools.
Assist with professional development sessions and major fundraising events.
Support website updates related to programming content.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in education, arts, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
· Experience in sales, outreach, or customer relationship management is a strong plus.
SKILLS & COMPENTENCIES
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or similar CRM/database).
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or meetings.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible for Springboard’s full benefits package with the opportunity to work in a hybrid mode. The role requires a minimum 40-hour work week. Salary is commensurate with experience.
