Program Enablement Specialist

VersaFile is a fast-growing software company that specializes in attachment and data archiving solutions for SAP, SuccessFactors and other Enterprise Software applications, seamlessly integrating with a variety of document management systems. Our clean core approach empowers enterprises to manage their SAP data lifecycle more efficiently and compliantly.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Program Enablement Specialist to design, and scale our internal and customer-facing programs that drive success, adoption, and long-term value of our product, Docuflow. In this role, you will work with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams to create enablement strategies, support our growing customer base and continuously improve the experience for users.

Location: This is a hybrid role, working 2 days in the Vancouver Gastown office and the other 3 days from home.

What You'll Do:

Enablement & Program Design

  • Develop and implement onboarding and enablement programs for customers
  • Create scalable playbooks, training resources, and process documentation
  • Work cross-functionally to support product feature launches, process changes, and strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain customer education materials, knowledge base articles, and learning paths
  • Lead program rollouts and ensure success adoption with customers

Customer Success

  • Own a portfolio of customers and ensure their success through proactive support, onboarding nad regular check-ins
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the product lifecycle
  • Understand customer goals and work cross-functionally to drive outcomes
  • Track and improve customer health, engagement, and satisfaction metrics
  • Gather feedback to inform product improvements, enablement content and team processes

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, enablement, or program management roles
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage both strategic initiatives and direct customer relationships
  • Experience creating scalable documentation and training content
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze customer trends and program effectivness
  • Mix of empathy, curiosity, and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience with CRM and enablement tools (eg. Hubspot)
