Job Description

As a Program Director, you will report to the C-level and start as an individual contributor, with opportunities to build and develop a team. Your responsibilities include:

• Oversee program implementation to empower impact-driven enterprises and mobilize impact capital in Indonesia.
• Ensure achievement of program goals, deliverables, and impact targets through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Provide strategic oversight across pipeline development, enterprise support, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
• Track and report on program performance using impact measurement frameworks aligned with donor and firm standards.
• Identify and prioritize target sectors, regions, and partners based on fund objectives.
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources.

Business Development and Commercial

Develop and implement strategies to scale impact investment efforts in Indonesia, build stakeholder partnerships, represent the organization at high-level platforms, lead revenue-generating initiatives, and support enterprises in accessing funding.

The Successful Candidate

Ideal candidates should have:

• A strong background in sustainability; impact fund experience is preferred.
• 15+ years in impact investing, development finance, or related fields.
• Proven experience in program development and stakeholder management.
• Deep knowledge of Indonesia’s investment ecosystem and sustainable finance landscape.
• Success in business development, revenue generation, and strategic engagement.
• A track record of securing advisory engagements and building partnerships.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa.
