Job Description: The Program Coordinator for Professional and Continuing Studies plays a major role in implementing the department’s strategic plan. Working in a multi-tasking, team environment, this position coordinates, facilitates and supports the instructor contracts and invoicing in support of delivery of credit and non-credit professional development experiences. The Program Coordinator needs to be an independent self-starter who is able to help administer programming needs and interact with the various internal and external stakeholders at RRU. The Program Coordinator works collaboratively in a small operations team in support of all programming across PCS.
The Program Coordinator works with the Associate Director and the Manager to provide administrative leadership, ensuring that programs have the operational supports in place for efficient delivery of programming that work towards the achievement of University goals. This position requires a flexible individual, able to multi-task and be responsive to serve department needs. To be well suited for this position you must have excellent organizational abilities, exceptional customer service skills, strong project management skills and knowledge, and be technically proficient, particularly in Microsoft Excel.

Additional Information: This is a regular, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. This position has been evaluated at MPT-A with a salary range of $64,409 (minimum) to $75,677 (midpoint) to $86,945 (maximum) per annum. Employment offers will normally be made between the minimum and midpoint of the range and are determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity.
