Participant Resources has a broad mandate to develop, implement, and provide essential services to support the non-program related needs that support the well-being, both the mental and physical health of registered arts and leadership program participants all guided by the framework of the Participant Mental Health Strategy.
The Program Coordinator contributes to the development and design of Participant Resources programming and initiatives, as well as provides the logistical, administrative, and operational support for their delivery and evaluation. The incumbent works collaboratively with the Mental Health Strategist, Program Assistant, and with individuals across many departments on campus to achieve this work.

Due to the nature of the job, this position occasionally requires the candidate to be available to work a flexible, irregular schedule and weekends.
In accordance with CUPE 4318, this is a unionized, salaried support staff position, subject to a 6 month probation period.
The annual salary for this position is between $50,466.00 - $52,981.50, depending on experience, based on working 37.5 hours per week.
The successful candidate will have access to a range of benefits through Alberta Blue Cross and will be eligible to participate in our defined benefit pension plan.
